Registration

Parents/Guardians MUST fill out the registration form (link on home page of website) and pay a deposit. This must be done before photo day. We do NOT photograph your child without registration as this gives us permission to photograph your child. The deposit will be deducted when you purchase images.

If you do not register for individual photos, your child will still be included in the class photo, unless specifically requested not to be included.

Before Photo Day

You will receive a flyer regarding registration for photo day and you will see posters up at your centre.  In addition to this, an email will be sent reminding you of the childs photo day. We're here to help at any stage of the process.

Photo Day

Children are dropped off by parents to the centre and once settled, we will begin as soon as possible. We take range of portrait and play photos of registered children and present a minimum of 10 photos in each child's private gallery.

We aim to take our group photo between 10 and 10.30am and we ask that all children who want to be included in this photo arrive beforehand, giving enough time for the child to arrive and settle before the photo.

?Private Gallery Sent to Parents/Guardians

Approximately 2-3 weeks after photo day, you will receive an email with details regarding access to a private online gallery for you to view and purchase your packages. Galleries will have a closing date, approximately 2 weeks after receiving them. If you order before the gallery closing date, you will receive complimentary print delivery to your centre. Orders placed after the closing date will incur a $15 fee to cover delivery to you. 

We highly recommend logging on to a desktop (eg. pc, laptop, ipad) to view your gallery, rather than your mobile phone.

Prints Delivered to Centre for Distribution

Prints will be delivered to the centre approximately 2-3 weeks after galleries close. The centre will distribute to families.
