Our Photographer -

Karen has over 10 years experience photographing families of all shapes and sizes. Her real passion lies is photographing children and she has been working for the past 5 years photographing kindergarten aged children. With her fun-loving nature and terrible jokes, she always manages to connect with the child she is photographing in order to capture their true essence. She prides herself on the patience and care she shows with each child.

Our Assistant –

Running a photo shoot is a lot of work and we understand that your staff are already flat out. Gail, is our super friendly and organised assistant on photo day. She will collect the kids from the class, ensure they are clean and tidy, make them laugh and make sure they are ready to go! This takes some of the strain off your staff. Staff are always more than welcome to assist if this is what your centre prefers.

INDIVIDUAL AND CLASS PHOTO DAY

Very Easy Process from Beginning to End –

• Book in a date with Two Hearts Photography.  We will consult with you on what works best for your centre.Photos are taken in the morning, and we aim to have minimal impact on your routine.
• About 3 weeks before your scheduled photo day, we can provide posters and flyers to hand out with all the information parents need. We can also provide a cover letter to send to families that outlines the process for photo day.
• If you have a bulk email system, to manage parent communication, we would greatly appreciate if we could take advantage of this and send extra reminders to you to forward to all parents and guardians.
• We have created a quick and easy online registration process for families, where parents register for their child to be photographed and pay a deposit which is then credited to their order. We do not photograph a child without registration, as this gives us permission.
• Photo Day! Depending on your class start time, we arrive a little earlier to set up and find the best spots. We wait for parents to do drop off and then for the children to settle in. Once they are ready, we will take two children at a time to get ready and take photos. We will ask staff to assist in any change of clothes required or if any children are super anxious. We aim to take the group photo at around 10 – 10.30am, once everyone has arrived. This is a photo of children and staff grouped together.
• Within 2-3 weeks, parents receive a private and secure gallery from which to place their order.
• All orders placed by parents, before the date that their gallery closes, will receive complimentary delivery to the centre for collection.
• A representative of the centre signs to confirm receipt of undamaged products.

Minimal Interruption –

Depending on the numbers we might be onsite for approximately 3-4 hours per day, we try to be as quick as we can to limit any changes to your routine.

WHAT WE WOULD REQUIRE FROM THE CENTRE

• To limit disruption to your routine, we try to be a quick as we can. We request that the class have their inside time, while we are outside taking photos in the playground. This allows us to work as quickly as possible, creates less distraction for the children being photographed and avoids any unexpected photo bombers.
• We work with you and try to be a flexible as we can. If you have any special instructions or sensitive information regarding any children which may help us during photo day, please let us know.
